No injuries were reported in a fire that happened shortly after 3 p.m. Friday afternoon.
Indiana County 911 reports that the Commodore Fire Department responded to calls of a chimney fire at a home along Spruce Road in Green Township. Fire officials say that by the time personnel arrived at the scene, the fire had burned itself out. Firefighters investigated the home for a possible cause of the fire, but none were discovered.
Officials add that no one was injured in the fire and there were no damages to the home.
Reports also say that the Vintondale Fire Department responded to a car accident located along Dilltown Heights Road in Buffington Township. No information on that crash is not available at this time.
And a structure fire was reported around 3:30 this morning by Indiana County 911. Reports say that Iselin fire crews were dispatched to Forest Lane in Armstrong County, however details regarding the fire are not available at this time.
