The Indiana County Sheriff’s Office is now accepting applications for a part-time Deputy Sheriff, according to a Facebook post.
The position has an hourly wage of $18.40 per hour for part-time and applicants must have the following:
- Valid PA driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Certifications under PA Act-120 MPOETC or as a Deputy Sheriff under PA Act-2 prior to applying.
- Knowledge of use of firearms.
- And is able to pass all initial and future security clearances and background screenings.
