State police in Indiana have announced that another person on their “Five Most Wanted” list has been taken into custody.
41-year-old Marcus A. Niehenke of Home was taken into custody by police in Monroeville on Sunday and was lodged in Allegheny County Jail to await a preliminary arraignment.
Niehenke was wanted by State Police in Indiana County for a DUI case on October 17th of 2020. A preliminary hearing on the DUI case is set for March 1st at 1:00 PM. He was also wanted for abuse order violations.
Two suspects remain on the list. They are:
- Jacqueline C. Mehalic, a 31-year-old Coral woman wanted for felony possession with intent to deliver and related crimes in Homer City on June 18th, 2020
- Ryan T. Turner, a 39-year-old Homer City man who is wanted for a charge of retail theft for an incident on November 10th in Homer City. He has three other active cases in the court system including a summary retail theft charge on October 9th of 2020, several DUI summary traffic offenses and a misdemeanor use or possession of drug paraphernalia in a case from November 15th of 2020, and possession of a controlled substance and of drug paraphernalia that dates back to December 9th of 2020.
