The Indiana Area School District now has three active cases of covid-19 at the Senior High School, after a positive test result yesterday involving a student. Three other students are home in quarantine because of possible exposure on their school bus.
The district says it will keep the high school open for now. After today, the three active cases at the high school will be the only ones in the district that apply to the rolling 14-day count, and one of those cases will come off the count tomorrow. The lone other case in the district is at the Junior High, and it will come off the count today.
Indiana Area is the only district in Indiana County listing covid-19 cases today.
