Indiana Borough Police have arrested an Indiana man on charges of criminal trespass and public drunkenness for an incident Monday afternoon on Philadelphia Street.
Police say that they responded to a burglary in progress at a second-floor apartment in the 1100 block of Philadelphia Street as two residents reported 30-year-old Corey Pandullo was trying to enter their apartment through the window while they were still inside. Pandullo allegedly ran from the scene when he saw the apartment was occupied. He was eventually found by police as he was trying to hide in a creek bed.
He was arraigned in front of District Judge Guy Haberl and placed in Indiana County Jail as he was unable to post $10,000 cash bail. Pandullo has three other active cases in the Indiana County court system. He faces charges of possession of a controlled substance for an incident on December 29th of last year; two counts of felony manufacture with intent to deliver, a felony count of possession of a controlled substance, a felony count of criminal use of a communications facility and a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia possession from December 14th, and a charge of receiving stolen property from June 21st of last year.
