On Monday night, the Indiana Area School District Superintendent announced that he is advocating for teachers and staff to receive Covid-19 vaccines.
During his superintendent report, Michael Vuckovich said that he wrote a letter to the PA Department of Health about his concerns. He said that the vaccines will go a long way to help the district to reopen fully.
Vuckovich said he advocated for the vaccine to be distributed on three levels.
In other business, the board approved the 2019-2020 audit from Kotzan CPA and Associates. The district was once again presented with a clean audit.
