Emergency responders stayed busy yesterday as Indiana County 911 reports three vehicle accidents and one structure fire.
Indiana fire crews, with assistance from the Marion Center Fire Department and Citizens Ambulance, were dispatched to reports of a structure fire along Wolfe Road in Rayne Township at 3:30 p.m., after fire officials say an electrical outlet caught fire. Indiana Second Assistant Fire Chief Lee Thompson says that while no major damage was done, they are still investigating the cause of the fire.
Indiana fire crews also responded to two accidents from 10:30 to 11:30 p.m. The first accident happened along Route 286 Highway East in White Township, and the second happened along Airport Road in Center Township.
Clymer fire crews, with assistance from Citizens Ambulance, finished the nightcap of reports after being dispatched to an accident along Route 286 Highway East in Rayne Township.
