First responders in Indiana and Westmoreland Counties were called out earlier this morning for a water rescue in the Conemaugh River.
Initial reports show that a car was found partially in the Conemaugh River on the Westmoreland County side across from the river trail and just southeast of Wyotech Park. No one was found in the car when rescue squads got there. Multiple crews are on the scene, including Blairsville and Black Lick fire crews, who were dispatched by Westmoreland County 911 around 9:00 this morning.
This is a developing story, and as soon as we have more information, we will pass it along to you.
