In Indiana County Court today, Judge Michael Clark will conduct two non-jury trials for a Philadelphia man who spent several months last year on the state police “Five Most Wanted” list.
29-year-old Devon Donte Perrin was taken into custody by Greensburg-based state police in July. He was wanted for two drug delivery cases in Indiana Borough, in March and April of 2019.
In total, Perrin is charged with two felony counts of delivery or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, plus a single felony count and a single misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance.
