State police are looking to the public to help them find a person suspected of stealing tools from a hardware store in December.
Police say the thefts happened on December 6th and 8th at the Lowe’s on Ben Franklin Road. At 10:40 AM on the 6th, police say that the suspect took a Dewalt 2-tool combo kit and left without paying for it. Two days later around the same time of day, he stole a Dewalt 6-tool kit and a variable speed cordless drill. Police estimate that $2,094 worth of tools were stolen during both incidents.
Police have provided us with pictures of the suspect, who they say has a tattoo on the back of his neck.
Anyone with information on the thefts can call Trooper Kreutzberger at 724-357-1960.
