An Indiana man was arrested yesterday in Homer City after he was found with suspected crystal meth and heroin at a gas station.
State Police say that 30-year-old Corey Pandullo of Indiana was taken into custody after a welfare check at the Kwik Fill station on Route 119 as someone had locked themselves in the restroom and was not responding. After troopers kicked the door, Pandullo responded and opened the door. He appeared to be under the influence of drugs and the troopers conducted a search of the restroom. Troopers found a zip top bag in the garbage bin along with a $5 bill and a $1 bill. The bag contained about 2 and a half bricks of suspected heroin, several full stamp bags, and a clear plastic baggie containing suspected crystal meth. Other evidence found and seized included four brick wrappers with blood, a cell phone and charger and a plastic bag with assorted rubber bands.
Pandullo was charged with felony possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communications facility, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arraigned in front of district judge Guy Haberl and is now in Indiana County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail. A preliminary hearing is set for December 23rd at 1:00 PM.
