The Blairsville-Saltsburg School District did not post a new date yesterday for the Section 780 public hearing on the possible closure of the Saltsburg Middle-High School, but it instead posted a notice of a special school board meeting for tomorrow evening. The public hearing had been scheduled for tomorrow, but the district announced over last weekend that it was postponed.
The notice of the special voting meeting of the school board says that it’s for “general purposes,” and while there is no published agenda just yet, a separate notation about the Section 780 hearing says that a new date will be posted after school board approval.
The public can attend the board meeting virtually. A link will be posted to the district website, b-ssd.org.
