Justin Champagnie scored 24 points and pulled down 21 rebounds, as Pitt beat Gardner Webb, 67-50, yesterday. It was the second straight 20-and-20 game for Champagnie, who became only the third player from a Power 5 school in the last 25 years to accomplish the feat.
Pitt moved to 4-1 on the season, winning its fourth straight after a season-opening loss to Saint Francis.
