The Blairsville-Saltsburg School District has postponed the public hearing scheduled for this Wednesday, and, if necessary, Thursday. No reason was given for the postponement.
The state-required hearing will be for discussion of the possible closing of the Saltsburg Middle-High School, with its students to be schooled at Blairsville. The district originally planned a hybrid style of hearing, with both virtual and in-person options for attendance and participation.
A new hearing date will be posted to the district’s website on Monday.
