The Punxsutawney Spirit reports a 36-year-old Punxsutawney man was arrested Friday for defiant trespass after refusing to put on a mask at a Walmart in Young Township.
Troopers responded to the store around 7:13 pm after a Walmart associate asked the man to put on a mask or leave the store and he refused to do either. Troopers say they also asked the man to leave and he refused.
They did not identify the man and charges are still pending.
