The State Department of Conservation & Natural Resources says that, effective today, all organized in-person events and programs at state parks and forests are canceled. The parks themselves remain open for public use.
Yellow Creek State Park had no upcoming events listed on its schedule.
On November 20th, DCNR announced that out-of-state visitors who were planning overnight stays at state parks and forests must have a negative covid-19 test within 72 hours of entering the commonwealth and if they do not, they must quarantine for fourteen days before visiting a state park or forest.
