PennDOT says work continues on the reconstruction of a small railroad bridge that collapsed under the weight of a coal train last Wednesday, causing a coal spill and the closure of the Wandin Road/Pine Flats Road between Starford Road and Cookport Road in Green Township.
The work is being done by the railroad company, which anticipates re-opening of the road tomorrow.
