State police have issued an arrest warrant for a man from New Kensington after a shooting that happened Sunday afternoon in Leechburg in Armstrong County.
Police have issued the warrant for 37-year-old Chad Robert Goldstrom, who was charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, simple assault, and reckless endangerment in connection with the shooting. Police say that just after 3:00 PM in the 100 block of Market Street, multiple shots were fired and two men, both 38 years old, were injured in the shooting. They were taken to an unidentified Pittsburgh hospital for treatment. Police did not name the two victims, but said one was in critical condition while the other was stable.
Anyone with information on Goldstrom’s whereabouts is asked to call state police in Kittanning at 724-543-2011.
