The Steelers are 9-0 after yesterday’s 36-10 rout of the Bengals. Ben Roethlisberger threw for 333 yards and four touchdowns. Diontae Johnson had six catches for 116 yards and a score, while JuJu Smith-Schuster had nine catches for 77 yards and a touchdown in the win. Chase Claypool caught two touchdown passes.
The Steelers’ defense held Bengals rookie quarterback Joe Burrow to 21-of-40 passing with 213 yards. He was only 5-of-15 for 15 yards in the second half and was sacked four times in the game, twice by TJ Watt.
Coach Mike Tomlin says the Bengals focused on stopping James Conner in the run game, and that led to opportunities through the air.

The Steelers will hit the road to Jacksonville on Sunday at one o’clock. The Jaguars have lost eight-straight games, including a 24-20 defeat by Green Bay yesterday.
