Several preliminary hearings are set for Indiana County’s district courts, including one for a man charged in a stabbing in late August in Indiana Borough.
20-year-old Colt Evan Snyder of Dayton is set to go before District Judge Guy Haberl on a felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a charge of simple assault, and misdemeanor reckless endangerment and possession of a weapon related to an incident on August 29th in the 800 block of Wayne Avenue.
Indiana Borough Police at the time reported that a 23-year-old man was taken to IRMC for treatment of stabbing-related injuries. Police charged Snyder in connection with the stabbing a month later.
His hearing is set for 1:30 this afternoon.
