INDIANA BOROUGH POLICE
Indiana Borough Police were called out early Saturday morning for an incident of harassment on Grant Street. Police say that they were called to an apartment building in the 1100 block of Grant and found that the suspect, 26-year-old Elvin Martinez of Turtle Creek had entered an apartment and slapped the victim. A Criminal complaint was filed charging Martinez with harassment and trespassing.
A Johnstown man faces a firearms related charge after a traffic stop last Friday in Indiana Borough. Police pulled over a car in the 800 block of Wayne Avenue for a traffic stop. That’s when police found 23-year-old Adrian Fisher in possession of a concealed pistol without a valid concealed carry permit. Fisher was arrested and taken to Indiana County Jail, charged with carrying firearms without a permit. The charge was filed through district judge Guy Haberl’s office.
