Pennsylvania State Police announced the arrest of two people on methamphetamine manufacturing-related charges after an investigation Friday at a home in southern Indiana County.
Christopher L. Falcone, 43, of Vintondale, PA and Santana R. Crusan, 31, of Robinson, PA were lodged in the Indiana County Jail to await arraignment.
On Friday at approximately 11:57 AM, members of the Pennsylvania State Police, Troop A in Indiana responded to 66 Rager Rd. in East Wheatfield Township, acting on information of suspected methamphetamine manufacturing at the residence. With consent, the troopers conducted a search and located several items that are associated with the clandestine manufacturing of methamphetamine. The items were located both inside and outside the residence.
Troopers suspected that three juveniles were present at the residence while the manufacturing of methamphetamine was occurring.
The Pennsylvania State Police Clandestine Laboratory Response Team was called to the residence to safely process, inventory, and collect the suspected methamphetamine-related contraband along with other item in violation of Title 35, The Controlled Substance, Drug Device and Cosmetic Act. The scene was processed without incident.
Based upon this investigation, Falcone and Crusan were each charged before Magisterial District Judge Guy B. Haberl with multiple offenses, including Operating a Methamphetamine Laboratory and Illegal Dumping of Methamphetamine Waste (F2), Operating a Methamphetamine Laboratory and Illegal Dumping of Methamphetamine Waste, (F3), Manufacture of Methamphetamine with Person Under 18 Years of Age Present (F3), Manufacturing a Controlled Substance (F), Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2), Possession with Intent to Use Drug Paraphernalia (M), Possession of Pseudoephedrine for Methamphetamine Manufacture (M), Possession of a Controlled Substance (M), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M).
