Officials with the U.S. Small Business Administration will be in Indiana County tomorrow to visit two small businesses.
SBA Office of Rural Affairs Director Daniel Nordberg and Mid-Atlantic Regional Administrator Steve Bulger will visit two businesses in Blairsville to meet with rural business owners. Among the topics that will be discussed tomorrow include how the Paycheck Protection Program has helped businesses and employees during the Covid-19 Pandemic and how the Trump administration can continue to support the businesses during the pandemic. Since March of this year, the SBA says they have processed 170,519 loans through the Paycheck Protection program in Pennsylvania, totaling over $20 billion that went to small businesses and non-profits in the state.
Nordberg and Bulger plan to visit The Villa Pub and Grill for a mid-day session and will visit H&M Global Industries in the afternoon.
