Penns Manor athletic director Jason Miloser announced this morning that Penns Manor will not be playing a scheduled high school football game with United this Friday night.
The Comets received a first-round bye in the District 6 playoffs that begin this weekend. “Due to injuries, and in order to limit Covid exposure,” the Comets decided to cancel the scheduled regular season game with United and take full advantage of the bye week.
Penns Manor will take the field again October 30th at home vs. the winner of Purchase Line and West Shamokin first-round playoff game scheduled for this Friday.
