Center Maurkice Pouncey looks good to go for Sunday against the Browns. Pouncey returned to practice yesterday after nursing a foot injury, but David DeCastro remained out with his abdominal strain.
Injured receiver Diontae Johnson was a limited participant in practice, but Eric Ebron, TJ Watt, and JuJu Smith-Schuster were full participants.
The Browns sent wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. home yesterday after he reported feeling ill. Coach Kevin Stefanski said the team is following Covid-19 protocols and were acting out of an abundance of caution. Stefanski said the team is “on high alert” right now.
Le’Veon Bell has signed a one-year contract with the Kansas City Chiefs. Bell joins the defending Super Bowl champions after being released by the Jets on Tuesday. He’ll have to sit out five days for coronavirus protocol before actually entering team facilities.
