The website Zippia.com has released a list of what it calls “The Most Stressed City in Each State”, and Pennsylvania’s entry is Indiana Borough.
The factors they used to determine how stressed out we are included the number of hours worked, commute times, and income-to-home price ratio.
Indiana’s workforce totals about 59 hours each week, with a commute of 17 miles, and an income-to-home ratio of 5.05 percent. Other considerations in determining the most stressed cities were the unemployment rate and the percent the population that is uninsured.
Zippia used data from the U.S. Census American Community Survey for 2013-2017 and the U.S. Bureau of Labor and Statistics. The most stressed city in the U.S. is Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
