Two members of the Pittsburgh secondary have been fined by the NFL for illegal hits last week against Denver. The NFL fined Mike Hilton $15,000 for roughing the passer and Minkah Fitzpatrick $11,619 for a horse collar tackle. The Steelers were penalized on each of those plays and they each led to Broncos scores.
