From First Commonwealth Bank
First Commonwealth Bank has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Now celebrating its tenth year, the list is based solely on employee feedback, gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection. First Commonwealth Bank finished in the top 10 in the large employer category, those with 400 or more employees in the Greater Pittsburgh area.
“We are incredibly honored to be recognized for the second year in a row and along with so many high-caliber employers” remarked First Commonwealth Bank EVP/Human Resources Manager, Carrie Riggle. “The fact that our employees had the chance to participate in the awards ceremony digitally given the challenges of this year is so poignant, and makes this distinction all the more rewarding.”
First Commonwealth employees were able to celebrate the distinction during a virtual awards ceremony, for all honorees, held on Thursday, September 17.
