More charges were filed against a suspect in the shooting at Taco Bell in Indiana Borough on Friday.
The initial call went out at 10:26 Friday morning . When police got there, they discovered that Todd Jakosh of Indiana fired three shots from a handgun at a woman known to police but whose name was not released. None of the shots hit the woman or anyone else at the scene. Jakosh was later apprehended at a location in White Township without incident. Indiana Borough Police were assisted by the county sheriff’s office and state police in the investigation.
Manzi said the initial charges he would face include aggravated assault, terroristic threats and discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure. Court documents show that Jakosh was arraigned yesterday in front of District Judge Christopher Welch on charges of aggravated assault with extreme indifference, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, discharge of a firearm, carrying a firearm without a license, reckless endangerment, terroristic threats and criminal mischief.
He is in Indiana County Jail with bail set at $250,000. A preliminary hearing is set for August 17th.
