A second round of Covid-19 relief grants for small businesses will get underway soon.
The PA Community Development Financial Institution network has announced that the second application window for the Covid-19 Relief PA Small Business Assistance will open at 9:00 AM on August 10th. The program provides grants between $5,000 and $50,000 to small businesses economically affected by the pandemic. To qualify, the business must be located in and generate at least 51 percent of their business in Pennsylvania, have an annual income of $1 million or less prior to the pandemic, and have 25 or fewer full-time employees prior to February 15th. Businesses that will be given priority are those owned by low- to moderate-income people, businesses located in areas of need, and types of businesses that were most impacted by the economic shutdown.
The window will only be open for 15 business days, closing on August 28th. If you applied in the first application window, you do not need to re-apply, as qualified applications are rolled into the next funding round.
