You might not have thought the Steelers need another running back, but the team apparently did. The team yesterday announced the signing of former Eagles and Washington running back Wendell Smallwood.
It’s a one-year deal to join a backfield that already has James Conner, Benny Snell, Jaylen Samuels, Trey Edmunds, and this year’s fourth-round draft choice, speedster Anthony McFarland Jr.
