The Steelers will welcome their players to training camp today at Heinz Field. It will be a slow start, as only coronavirus tests are planned. Players will need two negative tests for the coronavirus over the first four days. They will be permitted to enter on the fifth day.
The Steelers have had their first player placed on the new reserve/COVID-19 list. Former XFL cornerback Arrion Springs was added to the list because he either tested positive for coronavirus or came into contact with a virus-infected person. Teams are not permitted to say the reason players are put on the list.
