Once again, a member of the state house is calling for Tom Wolf to step down as Governor or to be impeached.
Republican Representative Daryl Metcalfe, who represents parts of Butler County, released a letter he sent to Governor Wolf on his Facebook page calling the latest executive actions “authoritarian dictates” and went on to say that through those actions, he has “endangered the lives and livelihoods of Pennsylvanians from all walks of life.” Metcalfe also said in that open letter that “By playing with the state, our economy and our people as if they were a yo yo, you have made it clear that you are in over your head.” He called for Wolf to step down before further impeachment proceedings got underway.
Metcalfe earlier this year filed articles of impeachment against Wolfe connected with his actions during the Coronavirus crisis.
