Some local restaurant owners are speaking out about the Governor’s recent executive order for restaurants and bars.
As we reported, Governor Tom Wolf put further restrictions in place for bars and restaurants as some areas of the state are seeing spikes in Covid-19. Some of the new regulations in place restrict dining indoors to 25 percent capacity, and alcohol can only be consumed with a meal. Denny Della-Penna of Bruno’s Restaurant said that while they will not have bar seating available, it is not going to affect him as bad as many people think.
Tony DeLoreto at Spaghetti Benders said that he felt for all restaurant and bar owners, and said that he would be willing to adapt to the Governor’s executive order, including setting up tables outside.
Other regulations prohibit gatherings of more than 25 indoors and more than 250 people outdoors.
