Continuing on with IUP Athletics achieving GPA success this past year, IUP was ranked seventh in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference yesterday.
IUP Athletics reports that IUP’s 17 programs combined for a 3.359 cumulative GPA. Which comes in behind Clarion (3.365), Slippery Rock and Seton Hill (both with 3.434), and conference leader Mercyhurst (3.460).
On Wednesday, the IUP women’s lacrosse program took home PSAC Top Team GPA Award honors after the team posted a cumulative 3.65 GPA, and out of IUP’s 17 athletic programs, 15 finished the 2019-20 academic year with a 3.00 GPA or better, with women’s volleyball tops the list with a 3.771 GPA
