Pennsylvania State Police – Indiana also stayed busy yesterday. Police reports say troopers responded to two concurrent incidents; one involving troopers intercepting illegal drugs and the other involving a retail theft.
Reports say that troopers seized approximately eighty-eight packets of fentanyl following a traffic stop along US Highway 119 and Greenville Road in Center Township.
Then at the same time, troopers responded to reports of theft at the Indiana Wal-Mart. The incident occurred after an unnamed 58-year-old Blairsville woman under-rang several perishable food items while using the self-checkout kiosk.
The items were valued at $137.10, and the woman was arrested upon police arrival.
