A Cherry Tree man is facing DUI charges following a crash late Saturday evening.
Reports say that around 8:20, Pennsylvania State Police in Indiana responded to a crash along Route 580 Highway 3724 West of Alder Road in Green Township where they found a 2000 Daewoo Leganza automobile against a tree.
Reports also say that the driver, 29-year-old Nathan Neff of Cherry Tree, was located approximately 10 to 15 yards from the site of the crash and it was said that he was found to be under the influence while operating the vehicle.
Neff was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol/controlled substance(s) and was transported by Citizen’s Ambulance to a local medical facility for an examination for his injuries.

State police also responded to a hit and run incident in the parking lot of the Martin’s General Store in Rayne Township late Saturday evening.
Police say the driver of a Chevrolet Avalanche backed into a 2011 Nissan Rogue around 11:30, causing damages to both vehicles. The severity of the damages is unknown, and due to the incident occurring outside of the range of security cameras, the identity of the driver is unknown.
