State police have charged an Armagh man with drug possession after a traffic stop on May 26th. Troopers say that around 10:42 AM that day, an officer pulled over a car on Allison Road in East Wheatfield Township after seeing a traffic violation. The driver, a 28-year-old Armagh man, was in possession of a small amount of marijuana and a scale. The man was charged with possession and paraphernalia-related crimes and taken to the state police barracks in Indiana, where he was processed and released.
State Police are continuing to investigate a case of harassment in Green Township. Police say on May 17th, an unknown suspect damaged the lawn of a 39-year-old woman living on Sylvia Drive in Starford and damaged a car belonging to a 36-year-old Clymer man. The investigation is ongoing pending the cost of the damage. So far police say the suspect did $600 worth of damage to the lawn.
