Even though the coronavirus pandemic has restricted some resources for people, the Department of Human Services reminds citizens that mental health resources are still available.
As part of the on-going effort titled “Reach Out PA: Your Mental Health Matters,” a fully-staffed statewide support and referral hotline will be available 24/7 to Pennsylvania residents struggling with anxiety and other challenging emotions caused the COVID-19 pandemic.
Workers will take calls from Pennsylvanians and refer them to community-based resources that can help meet their needs.
The hotline is toll-free and can be reached at 1-855-284-2494.
