The Pittsburgh Steelers have signed their final undrafted free-agent as James Lockart, the defensive end from Baylor, signed his contract on Friday. The 6-foot-2, 263 pound redshirt senior had six sacks and 31 tackles as a pure senior and started 16 of his 43 games played.
