Indiana Borough Police have charged an Indiana man with retail theft for an incident early Thursday.
Police say that they were called out at 1:48 in the morning to a business in the 300 block of Philadelphia Street. Investigators discovered that 24-year-old Alex Smith took two energy drinks from the store without paying for them. A charge of retail theft was filed through district judge Guy Haberl’s office.
