IUP sophomore swimmer Paige Mikesell has been named to the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Winter Top 10 Team, honoring her academic and athletic achievements. , announced by the league office Thursday afternoon.
Mikesell boasts a perfect 4.0 cumulative grade point average as a health & physical education major.
She put together a highly successful sophomore campaign for the Crimson Hawks, earning All-American honors in three events, and was named the women’s Most Outstanding Swimmer at the 2020 PSAC Championships.
The PSAC Top 10 Awards are designed to recognize student-athletes who excel in both the classroom and in athletic competition.
