James Martin Cline, 63 of Indiana, PA, passed away on Monday, August 24, 2026 at UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh, PA. He was born May 14, 1963 in Latrobe, PA.
James was a 1982 graduate of Blairsville High School and graduate of IUP in 1987 earning a Music Major. He joined the US Air Force and was a member of the Tops in Blue, a touring performance ensemble made up of active duty members of the United States Air Force. He traveled the world performing with them.
He is survived by his father, M. David Cline, Jr., Blairsville, PA; brother, Todd K. Cline & wife, Dawn, Lewistown, PA; brother, Jason A. Cline & wife, Amanda, Blairsville, PA; brother, David B. “Sprout” Cline & wife, Tina, Blairsville, PA and many nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Kathy (Irwin) Cline in 2019; paternal grandparents, Marion D. & Thelma (Smith) Cline and maternal grandparents, Bert & Naomi (Fleming) Irwin.
The family will receive friends at the Ferguson Funeral Home & Monument Company, 25 W. Market St. Blairsville, PA 15717 on Saturday, August 29, 2026 from 2-6 PM. A funeral service will be held at 6:00 PM with Pastor Bob Penrose officiating. Blairsville Military Honor Guard and the US Air Force will conduct military services following the funeral service. Interment will be held in the Mt. Tabor Cemetery, Blairsville, Pennsylvania.
