The Penguins yesterday introduced newly-signed free agent forward Anthony Beauvillere, who played for three teams last season and is looking to re-establish himself in the NHL.
Beauvillere played for the Canucks, Black Hawks, and Predators last season, scoring five goals with 12 assists in 60 games. He was the number one draft choice of the New York Islanders in 2015.
Beauvillere says he is looking forward to settling down with the Pens.
Beauvillere says playing against the Penguins has always been tough, especially in Pittsburgh, so he’s happy to be on “the good side”.
The 27-year-old says his strengths will fit in well with the Pens.
Beauvillere signed a one-year contract for $1.25 million.
