First responders had to deal with two vehicle accidents and a handful of other calls on Tuesday.
The first crash was reported yesterday at 9:07 AM on Church Road in Canoe Township. Rossiter and Glen Campbell Fire Departments were dispatched at the time along with state police from the Punxsutawney barracks and Punxsutawney EMS. Initial reports said that a car went over an embankment and one person had left the scene after the crash.
The other accident was reported on Route 286 West in Conemaugh Township at 9:17 PM. Saltsburg and Tunnelton fire departments and state police were called out to the scene. No details have been provided.
Also, Iselin fire department was called out at 5:16 PM for a tree down along Route 286 west in Young township.
