Indiana Borough’s summer paving program continues this week. Milling and paving concentrated on the south side of Philadelphia Street in the Eisenhower School area began last week and the remaining work should be completed early this week. Some of the streets getting fresh pavement include Rex Avenue, Gompers Avenue, Church Street between 15th and 16th, and 13th Street.
The payment drop-off box at the Indiana Borough Building on North 8th Street will be out of service this week while the building’s foyer is being refurbished. Those who wish to drop off utility and parking ticket payments may walk across the street to the temporary headquarters in the Annex Building on Water Street. Parking tickets may also be paid at the drop-off location at the borough parking garage.
