Pre-trial conferences are on the docket for today in Indiana County’s court of common pleas, including one for a man who allegedly caused a disturbance at a district judge’s office back in April.
50-year-old Robert Mack of Northern Cambria faces charges of resisting arrest, harassment and disorderly conduct for an incident on April 10th at District Judge Christopher Welch’s office in Clymer. According to a news release from the Indiana County Sheriff’s office, Mack became disruptive as he interacted with staffers and became disruptive. Judge Welch ordered him several times to leave when the sheriff’s deputy on duty intervened. Mack allegedly tried to push past the deputy several times to get to the lobby window and resisted arrest as the deputy took him into custody.
Mack is free after posting $20,000 unsecured bond.
Also in court for a pre-trial conference is Gabriel Zaczyk, who is listed in court documents as being from Johnstown. He was charged by state police in connection with an incident on April 15th where he and 39-year-old Shane Randall were involved in an argument that turned physical. Randall was cited for harassment in the incident, while Zaczyk is charged with simple assault and harassment. Zaczyk has been in jail since the incident.
