PennDOT has announced the new timeline for a bridge resurfacing project in Grant Township.
The project on Christine L. Mays Bridge will now take place this Friday, July 19th, through Sunday, July 21st. The work is weather dependent and will require the closure of the bridge for the time being.
Drivers heading north are asked to take Route 1038 to Smithport then turn right onto Route 1033 at Logan and Gipsy Road. After that, turn onto Lower Wilgus and then turn right onto Route 1034 towards Rochester Mills.
The $493,561 project is expected to wrap up in September and will be done by RAM Construction Services out of Michigan.
