YOUTH LEGION
The PA Youth Legion Western Regional Baseball Tournament comes once more to First Commonwealth Bank Field this week, hosted by the Homer City Area Athletic Boosters. After the unfortunate withdrawal of Marion Center, Indiana County will be represented by league champion S.W. Jack.
The action gets underway on Friday. The state tournament will also be hosted by the Boosters starting July 27th.
LITTLE LEAGUE
The Indiana Junior League All-Stars 14U team will be in Orange, Connecticut for the Eastern Regional Junior League Softball Championship starting on Wednesday.
Indiana earned the state title with back-to-back wins over TMC All-Stars on Friday.
