Food fans and supporters of Downtown Indiana were out Thursday night to sample the best of what the town’s food scene had to offer.
Last night was the annual Taste and Tour and Sam Kenly with Downtown Indiana said that there were 23 vendors in 21 locations throughout the business district. Kenly added that this remains one of the popular events in Downtown Indiana’s Schedule.
This year, along with the people’s vote, celebrity judges went around and graded each entrant on their own scale. Those results have yet to be tabulated. For the People’s Choice awards, best drink went to Wolfie’s, best sweet treat was The Baker’s Arms located at The Paper Garden Co., while best overall went to Benjamin’s.
